The great thing about this hotel is the location and the accessibility to the beach and dining. the pool is great, and the breakfast is good as well. when it comes to rooms, service, and cleanliness, don't expect much.

Second time staying here! Perfect location for a chill/easy access holiday. 1 min to the beach, shops and an abundance of restaurants. Hotel Luar is quiet (both experiences have been) but it is perfect for what you want. They also clean everyday and clean the pool everyday! The breakfast isnt anything to write home about but it is absolutely fine for what you need. Lovely staff and would happily come back again a third time! 😀

GREAT Location... very unfreindly service - the men at the front desk had a "I don't want to be here and you are bothering me" attitude. Rooms are small and need updating. It did have a balcony with a side view of the water. Even the balcony needs repairs. This could be a great property, but is is not well maintained and the service is below par.

I had no surprises other than how happy l chose this hotel. Excellent staff very helpful ,property very clean, great view from side balcony, priced right for excellent treatment at the Luar! Would not hesitate to rebook again!

Great location but let down by the facilities

The location is great, but the facilities are crying for an upgrade. e.g. the spring in the mattress is trying to get out, the toilet seat is unsafe to sit, no air vent in the room.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, the staff was rude, unwelcoming, and completely unhelpful. Any questions or requests were met with attitude or complete disregard. The room itself was stuffy and smelled musty, making it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The air felt stale and the space didn’t feel properly cleaned or maintained. Breakfast was just as disappointing- bland, cold, and unappetizing. It felt like no care or effort went into the meal service at all. But by far, the worst part of the stay was the staff. Their attitude truly ruined what could’ve been a decent experience. I’ve traveled a lot, and I’ve never felt so disrespected or dismissed by hotel personnel. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Die Ankunft war weit unter meinen Erwartungen. Ich musste ca. 1 Std. am Flughafen warten, bis ich endlich über einen Umweg ins Hotel gefahren wurde. Der Fahrer war krass. Krasse Aussagen ( ) während der Fahrt... Die Aussenansicht mit den Beschädigugnen an den Balkonen liessen nichts gutes ahnen. Dazu kamm Baulärm direkt an meinem Zimmer. Ich verlangte in Folge eine neues Zimmer auf der anderen Seite des Hotels - was ohne Probleme möglich war. Optimierungspotential aus meiner Sicht. Frühstücksraum: Zum Beispiel: Schöne Poster mit Sujets aus der Umgebung und Meer oder Bilder von Künstlern aus der Umgebung. Auf die weissen Tischtücher & Papierabdeckungen verzichen und das gesparte Geld ins Frühstückbuffet investieren. Ein bis drei z.B. Intex Whirlpool unten oder auf der 5. Etage inkl. kleiner Bar, verbunden mit der grandiosen Aussicht wäre ein Highlight. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und erfühlt jeden Wunsch. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt kein besseres Hotel hier. Über die Strasse und man ist sofort am Traumstrand. Die Nähe zum Zentrum einzigartig. Die Ruhe am Ort perfekt. Der Service an der Reception ist perfekt. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel perfekt. Der Pool wird jeden Abend mit einem Roboter gereinigt. Der Honda Rasenmäher ist nicht extrem laut. Ich freue mich auf die anstehende Modernisieung und würde sofort hier nochmals Ferien machen. DANKE nochmals dem ganzen Team hier. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit bei Euch!
