Stayed for 12 nights very enjoyable staff very friendly . Fantastic sea view lovely relaxed breakfasts,shout out for Luana who was always smiling and happy to help at breakfast. Coming here 25 yrs and would definately come back. Reception on arrival was first class even though a young lady was training they were very attentive and helpful.. Thankyou.

brekfast was good and very welcoming by stuff, spa nasty, very dirty, the only bes thing about this property is the beach, it has the best beach view. facility never ever a 5 star never never, not even a 3 star, very old dated furniture in the room, nasty rooms, tiny nasty showers like a refuge camp, outside patio by the otdoor pool you can easy fall down from old deck wood by walking, stuff perfect, beach perfect, breakfast good. the rest is very poor

The hotel was all good, its been a mainstay of Alvor beach for msny years. It has a few aging issues imo, but adds to its charm. I will return. Our balcony view was terrific.

Facility is very scenic with the outlook to the water and private access to beach. Room was nice with a balcony facing the lawn. The door to get to the balcony was tougher to open than expected, could use some maintenance. The staff was very nice however when i asked several times for a scale to weight my bag for my upcoming flight the said it was out of batteries which is understandable. However a day and a half later as i was checking out the scale still didn't work. Minor inconvenience but i expected more from a Facility like this. Additionally in several areas there were ants inside the Facility. On the last day i found them in my room and have been picking them off my bag all the way until now when im sitting at my gate to my flight home. One of the reasons i booked this was the hot tub that was indicated in the description. This Facility does not have a hot tub however which was very disappointing. Seems like a much better place to stay in the summer season. I was very surprised at how affordable it was prior but after i understand. Pretty good for the price i paid.

Breakfast buffet is great. The beach is gorgeous and theres 2 restaraunts on the beach as well both are great. Parking is easy and plenty of spots.. I gave 4 stars bc the air conditioner is not great we left the sliding door open to cool down the room which was nice fresh breeze. Overall the property is nice...

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, bietet eine große Auswahl und der Service ist erstklassig. Was mir richtig gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass ich im Restaurant am Pool Mittagessen bestellen wollte. Obwohl ich bar bezahlen wollte, ging das nicht, weil ich dabei keine Kreditkarte hatte! Und Bargeld wird dort nicht akzeptiert. Leider fühlte ich mich dazu gezwungen. Ich möchte aber noch erwähnen, dass das Hotel in einer traumhaften Lage direkt an einem Strand mit wunderschönen Felsen liegt… Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Very friendly staff. I requested a quiet room and that is what they gave me so I was very pleased. Still with a sea view but at the end of the corridor so a long walk but very little corridor noise. Breakfast selection very good and enjoyed the piano serenade. Very pleased , would come again.
