You will find in Caunes-Minervois or Rieux -Minervois several doctors, physiotherapists, nurses and dentists.

Minerve, Cité Cathare Historic capital of Minervois, is now one of the prestigious gates of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Natural Park and is one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France".
Carcassonne and its famous medieval city, its unforgettable fireworks and its music festival in July / August with many free concerts.
Lézignan-Corbières and its large Wednesday market.
Olonzac, picturesque with its many summer events. Tuesday morning market.
Ferrals les Montagne and its Sunday morning organic market.
The Canal du Midi with the possibility of a barge ride.
The Azille fair at 8km in early May, as well as that of Béziers (50km) around August 15.

From Félines you will have direct access to the footpath of the marbrières which goes to Caunes-Minervois.
