"A great stay! Great and helpful staff and they cleaned every day. My only comment is to replace dirty towels--used ones on the floor were hung up again on the racks. "

Rossio Plaza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is in a great area in the heart of everything. The view from our little balcony of the city looking down to the water was stunning. At check-in, we got upgraded to a bigger room. The room was super comfortable and quiet. "
"This property was beautiful. Very rich in history. Walking distance to everything. Would say at this place again.
In addition, the staff was amazing. "
"This hotel is centrally located in Lisbon and looks regal from approach. Staff were friendly, the room was in good shape and a decent value for the money. The rooms could use more outlets, but it sounds like renovations are beginning this month. Our room had a great view of the castle! The rooftop bar is best for drinks rather than food, but had great views of the city. The veranda restaurant was fantastic in both view and food, although somewhat expensive. As mentioned in other reviews, there is one border of the hotel that looks a little sketchy, so just enter and exit from one of the 3 other locations. "
"We stayed for only one night in mid-July at the end of two weeks in Portugal and are so happy we did. The convento was easy to get to from Santa Apolónia Train Station with a Bolt car pick-up, and centrally located for exploring the city on foot after that. We loved that our room was super clean, air conditioned, and amazingly quiet for being in the heart of Alfama (our room faced the inner courtyard). The bed was firm but comfortable, though the sheets and pillows could have been softer/better quality. We also loved the beautiful spacious courtyard and the buffet breakfast, which had so many top-quality options that we could hardly decide! We’ll definitely be back 💛"
"Great location, room is not very big but manageable with 2 people, staff is friendly. The elevator is small but it works, we never have to wait for elevator. Soundproof but you would still hear people closing door. Overall it was amazing!"
