"Very well maintained property. Staff/team were all friendly and welcoming as well as efficient. Great location next to Arch. Had a low battery problem on the morning of departure and sought help at the front desk. Problem solved as maintenance met us in the garage with a portable jumper starter. What a value added service! Another big plus—nightly reception with great food and beverages. Would definitely stay here again as well as other Drury locations."
"The views from the pool were great as well as the access to the Spa with the whirlpool. Restaurant experience was underwhelming for a very nice hotel but it was kind of convenient although service was NOT fast or attentive. The room did have a comfortable bed. First room had a bath tub that was not working properly and maintenance came and tried to fix it and could not, so I was switched to a suite to "compensate". The suite had a special view and a working bathtub. The experience overall was pretty good. Thanks."
"I enjoyed the cocktail reception nightly and the breakfast. I had an issue with the curtains in my room and the manager sent someone right away to fix them. "
