"Staff was friendly and very helpful. I didn’t give it 5 stars because there was no soap in the room, the blow dryer did not work and the electrical plugs in the wall would not hold anything you plugged in, it would fall out. Other than that, the room was clean and everything else was fine."

"The shower drain strainer was moldy and not attached to the floor. It was gross and not useable. We are going to have to find another hotel in the area to stay. The breakfast buffet had kids putting their nasty fingers in everything and then licking their fingers. Another gross thing. Yes I know that is not your fault but the parents. It is still GROSS"

"We always use VRBO when we travel and this was one of the nicest units we have stayed in. Super clean, comfortable, well stocked and a million dollar view. Close to the New river Gorge canyon rim visitor center and views of the bridge. Would highly recommend. The only minor issue would be a very steep gravel driveway, not really a problem for an SUV or AWD vehicle. "
