Comfortable, newly remodeled four bed / two bath NO Smoking home/property with private pool (May-Sept). New washer/dryer, dishwasher, tile flooring, bathroom vanities, propane grill and fire pit benches. The house is conveniently located within minutes of all major attractions. 1.7 miles to the NRG Bridge. Safe 5-minute walk across pedestrian bridge right into Historic Fayetteville. Deck around pool, grill, patio and fire pit with large private fenced-in yard. Fully equipped kitchen. Central heat/air. High speed internet with Wi-Fi. Owner/Host not responsible for internet and power outages due to weather and conditions beyond Owner/Host control. No booking refund due to loss of internet and power outages due to weather and conditions beyond Owner/Host control. 65” Roku TV, DVD player with large selection of movies for all ages, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller, board games and books.
Ring Cam System monitors front entrance, small patio and big patio/pool areas for safety and security.
Request for early check in/late check out may be considered. If available, a $25 per hour fee for each hour requested will be charged. Two hours maximum. Discount for extended stays may be considered. Discount for military may be considered and only if person booking is military. ID required.

Rafting Trip

Stayed here to go on a rafting adventure. The house had plenty of room for the 3 of us. The 2 bathrooms made things super easy. The house was well stocked and pool and fire pit made things great for relaxing.

Girls weekend getaway

The beds were phenomenal (mind blowing actually) …great for a nice deep restful sleep! Super close to the NRG National park and Biscuit World (which we never visited but could have if we wanted to!). Gorgeous crisp fall temps and foliage! Thanks for a great stay!

Fun in West Virginia

I would highly recommend staying at this home. Not only is it clean and nicely decorated but attention was given to many details to make your stay enjoyable. It's easily one of the best rentals we have stayed in.

White Water House!

We stayed here because it was close to Ace Adventures (15 minutes). It was a very easy location to get to. There is a small town close so if you need to grab some quick food you can. Beds were comfortable. The checkout process was easy and overall a very cute place to stay! We would book again!

We enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was comfortable & peaceful. It was near the New River Gorge National Park & other attractions. The owners had everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay. We would recommend it .

Great property for stay in Fayetteville, WV area

This house was modern, clean and well equipped. It is in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with minimal traffic on the street. We would book any future stay in the area at this property if available for our dates. We recommend it for a stay in the Fayetteville, WV area. We only used 1 bedroom but the other 3 were very nice rooms also, so maybe next time, we will bring some family along for the stay.

WV Adventure

We loved everything about our stay! The house was very clean! It was extremely convenient to Adventures on the Gorge, the New River Bridge, hiking, and all the restaurants local to Fayetteville. It was also only a short drive to Beckley. The pool was a wonderful feature and great way to relax after a day of adventures. The hosts were easy to communicate with and helped us with anything we needed and even left a sweet welcome bag. We can't wait to visit again!

Family Reunion in West Virginia

My siblings and I stayed 5 days at this home. The kitchen was well equipped, as we made breakfast everyday. We loved that it was a quiet neighborhood and truly walkable downtown using the footbridge to cross the highway. The rooms, bathrooms and pool were extremely clean. There was plenty of room for the five of us. It was close to the major attractions and shopping.

Excellent property

This property was above and beyond our expectations! Completely spotless, our compliments to your cleaning service. Lovely decor, very comfy and welcoming. The house was very well equipped with everything we needed. We really appreciated the welcome bag, with snacks and water for all four of us. Although we were only there for several days, we took advantage of the patio to have coffee in the morning, and cocktails in the evening. It was a great location, easily accessible to the Bridge, hiking, and the cute little town. As Fayetteville is halfway for us four cousins, we will definitely be staying again for our getaways.

Beautiful area and home

We really enjoyed our stay in Fayetteville and the house had everything we could have needed and more. There were great restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores and beautiful views all around. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. We were hoping to get more hiking in but the weather wasn't cooperating with us. We still found plenty to keep us busy and had a great time!

Lodging for a Rafting Trip

This property was perfect for us (5 adults). It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located for our trip New River Gorge NP. Also very conveniently located for our rafting trip on the Upper Gauley. It was a little cool to take advantage of the swimming pool but it would have been a great bonus in the warmer months. We had zero issues... no complaints. We would definitely rent this house again.

Convenient

The home was very close to rafting, atv, bridge walk and zip lining. It was nice to be able to cross the bridge to walk to restaurants. We had 5 people and it was perfect for us. Kitchen was nicely stocked, note there were no paper products in the kitchen. House was clean and welcome bag was a nice touch! Thanks for a great base for our trip.

Great stay in New River Gorge!

We stayed 6 nights and explored New River Gorge and surrounding areas. Location was EXCELLENT. It might cost a little more to stay so close to Fayetteville but it is 100% worth it. It was so easy to get everywhere. Close to town with yummy restaurants, great trails, and adventure activities. Home was clean, comfortable, and hosts were very responsive. Movie collection was a fun bonus to enjoy at night and it was great to enjoy the pool after a day of activity. Overall, great stay and West Virginia blew me away. We loved our time there and hope to return sooner than later.

Great place to stay

This house was a great place to stay for our family of five. My adult sized kids were glad to have their own bedrooms with a large bed and we enjoyed our master bedroom and bath. The pool area was great and probably the favorite part of the rental. The house comes with a large DVD collection of movies stored in alphabetical order (this is really a great idea). We cooked meals at the house and the kitchen was stocked with basic supplies. We wished a roll of paper towels and extra garbage bags (there was only 1) would have been provided, but there is a Walmart about 3 miles down the road. The bathrooms come with hand soaps and body wash, but you will need to bring your own hair products. The house is located in a nice residential area and the neighbors are very friendly. The bridge is about a mile away and there are a variety of restaurants within a mile.
