You will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet in a 3-room layout featuring a living area with dining space and well-equipped kitchen. The villa provides air conditioning, high-speed WiFi for video calls, television, and washing machine for your convenience. Additional amenities include a baby bed, private grill, and step-free access with step-free interior design.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden and both covered and uncovered terraces with beautiful mountain views. The private outdoor pool is available from April to October, and you can also access the petanque court for entertainment. The villa is situated at the base level without overlooking neighbors, providing privacy.



You will have 2 shared parking spaces on-site, and public transportation is conveniently nearby. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. The location is close to the charming Provençal village of Fayence.
