"Staff on site was very congenial and helpful. Marco introduced the hotel well and although brief the stay was very comfortable. Some amenities including Jacuzzi and heating elements of the room were unavailable in "off-season" which was a great disappointment but overall the stay was great."

"Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street. In the main building, there is no possibility to have tea or coffee, not in the room and not in the foyer. Good things: lots of dogs, food, Anjelika did a great job in the spa, and Vlad with Jürgen rescued the service. Convienient...

"The room was clean and spacious. It had good amenities, including a fridge and a nespresso machine. Breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. Free parking outside the hotel. The phone in our room wasn't working, the reception wasn't reachable. "

"Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay. "

"This was immaculately clean, free underground secure parking. Absolutely soulless. No air conditioning as it done from underfloor heating so had to have window open all night and was kept awake by mopeds racing up and down the road and drunken youths shouting. Breakfast was in a public bakery which whilst was very good was not included as advertised throughout the hotel. Check-in was straight forward enough as long as you have your check-in details via email to hand. Could be a great hotel if...

"Great location with station a few minutes walk away to get you out and about. Spa facilities was clean and full of refreshments. Rooms good size and housekeeping was on point. Overall a well run hotel. If you want to relax this is the hotel for you "
