"La casa è ben posizionata ma necessita di manutenzione, un bagno perde l’acqua, due volte richiesto l’intervento di in idraulico per mancanza di acqua calda questo in pochi giorni di Spa per rilassarsi non è gratificante. In cucina mancano gli utensili per preparare una cena per 5. Bicchieri e piatti sono contati.. a parte questi dettagli. "This was our final stop in Italy, and it was truly amazing! The property is beautiful and the view of Ovierto is breathtaking. But even more delightful was the food, staff, service, and pool! The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy, and the farm-to-table lunch and dinners were delicious. It felt small and intimate, and family-friendly. It was relaxing and a lovely way to end our trip. The entire experience was dreamy and we hope to return someday soon!"

"Great location to visit the springs and a lovely hotel. Reception staff, valet and porters were all very helpful. Restaurant and bar staff made us feel invisible. No coffee was offered at breakfast we asked and got forgotten. We also felt that at dinner the staff seemed busy with the other tables and forgot us again. Great variety of breakfast. Room and amenities amazing… however we did have quite a large ants nest in the room."

"The room was clean but a little tired. There were also lots of tiny ants in both rooms and above our master bed. The patio was nice with a view. The air conditioning was very weak and no fans. There is only a bath tub with a shower to spray yourself sitting down! The breakfast was nice and included but the young lady in the breakfast room making the pancakes was not very friendly or welcoming. The pool was good but lots of flies around so we just went back to the room. It was nice for the night but I wouldn’t run back. But we loved visiting with the tiny momma cat with her three kittens."

"What a gem this place is! We stayed here for one night on our way to Rome and wished we'd stayed longer. It is restful, quiet, and a quintessential Umbrian village. Orvieto is a quick 10-15 minute drive. Room 4 was wonderful, spacious, spectacular view, incredibly comfortable bed and the best air conditioning and shower! on-site breakfast was lovely with tarts and cakes made from scratch by the breakfast hostess. We HIGHLY recommend this place!"

"Great location if wanting to explore the many beaches, we did many seaside drives, staff very friendly, absolutely love that I was able to text back-and-forth with the front desk with any questions or concerns on the WhatsApp. They helped us get contact information for the nearby horse stables and also offer a shuttle service for us to take the shuttle to the train to go to Rome.We traveled with a two year-old and a four-year-old -property was safe and well maintained for them. they could essentially run freely. Would love if they could improve the breakfast, personally I would like more fresh fruit, bean and veggie dishes. They do have a washer available however it is a long cycle and only one washer available so if another guest has the key checked out, you have to wait. Again, staff was very friendly and attentive. Location worked very well for our needs cost was very affordable other guest staying at the hotel seemed like locals and that this is where they go for vacation, all being very friendly. Our apartment was very comfortable."
