Upon arrival, we had difficulty locating the apartment as it was down an unmarked hallway between two bldgs. Also, the outside often had persons loitering around, leading to an unsafe feeling. That said, once inside the apartment was adequate. There was an issue with a water/toilet leak in the bathroom. The kitchen is small with limited kitchen items available (
