Everything was thought of ...tea, coffee, milk, dishsoap,shampoo,soap, even laundry pods!!!! I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately the mattress was too thin and I could feel the springs through it, so not very comfortable. A thicker more expensive mattress or at least a thick mattress topper. Would solve the issue. Central location in Staines Upon Thames, so super convenient. Would I stay here again, the answer is Yes. "

"Stayed here for overnight transit between terminal 5 and terminal 2 and to have a great hotel like this so close to terminal 2 a huge bonus. Staff friendly and check in so easy, check out even easier. Room was also spot on. Only one negative in that using my debit card on the courtesy bus to terminal 2 my card was bebited twice for one single journey a fact that I didn't notice till checking my bank after arrival at my destination. Minor issue maybe but still something to be wary of."
