"Charming old house near ULM. The house is fully furnished with kitchen and washer/dryer. The bathroom and bedroom doors are not lockable due to old age. Overall, the house is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, but it needs more electrical outlets for phone charging as some rooms have no electrical outlet or only one outlet. I would stay again if I need to come to ULM."

"The house was setup very nicely .We were 2 couples and 2 bathrooms were nice, I like the boathouse with fish cleaning station we had 2 fishing boats and was plenty of room for them , it was a little tight getting 2 trailers and 2 trucks in yard if center chain link fence was down it would of been a bit easier for our trailers to get in Overall it is a very nice place and we was very pleased"

Since we love art, we were delighted as we opened the door and were greeted by a red, white and blue metal fish on the counter, the blue and red dog painting, various scenes from New Orleans and the New Orleans Saints. Our grandkids loved "the ballroom". (Pool table). The furnishings were kid friendly and there were toys for them. I love to cook, so I was so pleased to see how well stocked the kitchen was. "The family enjoyed the large house. Allowed for privacy and space when needed. Beautiful house with Spanish hacienda vibe. Sons enjoyed a good game of one on one basketball in the backyard. I will definitely stay again on next visit."

"An exceptional clean and comfortable place to stay that is pet friendly. My wife won’t stay if cleanliness is in question, and she thought it looked and smelled great.The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, had a back yard for the pets, easy parking right next to house, just an overall warm feeling place. My wife and I travel between our two homes, one in Oklahoma and the other one on the coast of Florida/Alabama. This is about halfway and lets us get a good nights sleep when traveling...

"I started off by rentung an apartment that was being remodeled buy thr manager put me in the one next door so i was ok with that. I had talked to the manager about checking in early because of my transportation issues and when i got there it had not been cleaned yet but the cleaning lady was very polite. "The house and dock were perfect for a weekend trip with friends from college. House was clean and had everything we needed. Power went out and generator kicked on a minute later. Plenty of hot water. Hosts were attentive and texted us to check in. Would definitely stay here again."
