"We arrived at the hotel and were greeted with enthusiasm. Our room was beautiful with many features to make our stay very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge which had beer, milk and water in, all complimentary. The breakfast was included and delicious with plenty of choice included cooked breakfast to order."

"It was a great stay at Queens Road, the host was welcoming and very knowledgeable to assist with the area. The room was clean, tidy and had a lot of amenities. If you want a check in with minimal contact this is a great way to do it. The venue is also great if visiting people at the hospital and the university. It is so close by. I was extremely impressed with the amount and variety provided on the breakfast tray. If you are happy with carbs for breakfast this was fantastic. If you are a high protein breakfaster not so much. I would next time ask prior for Decaf coffee and skimmed milk. The connection for the tv wasn't great but we weren't in the room for long so wasn't a major issue for us. The bathroom was small but I am a large person but was adequate for what you need. It does look a little dated but was clean. As there is instructions to access keys etc I think it would be good to have some instructions or a key drop box for when you leave the property at the end of your stay...that way contact is kept to a minimum and also you know that you have left the keys safely. Overall, I am very impressed with the property and the value for the stay. Thank you "
