"The lobby area is very welcoming, natural looking with lots of wood, windows, lots of outdoor sunlight. The rooms are spacious and well decorated. The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to the Old Fisherman’s Warf. Check-in was a little difficult as they couldn’t find the 4 rooms I reserved under my name until it was mentioned that it was booked through Expedia. Also, one of the rooms was not ready until 8 pm even though Expedia said that check in is at 4 pm. The rep mistakenly said that check-in period is from 4 pm - 6 pm. How can it be so late? My daughter and her husband had to get ready to attend a wedding and fortunately, we had another room available for them to use. The hotel graciously comped us for the parking. Other than that, the hotel was excellent and would stay there again."

"Great spot to retreat to after a long day. Amenities were perfect for two people. Host was so attentive to my requests and the treats in the basket and the drinks were just what we needed. Parking was perfect, entry to 17 Mile Drive spot on, and maps, etc were very helpful. Shampoo and conditioner divine!! Enjoyed stay. Just too short a time."

"Such a beautiful property! We felt so welcome and were so surprised at all the treats that were awaiting us and all the included amenities. We made sure to leave time in our days to enjoy this beautiful property. Property was clean, Ramona at the check in office was an absolute pleasure and despite it being mostly overcast, you can’t beat the views. I will definitely stay here again."
