"Great location and access to downtown Carmel. We parked the car at the hotel and just walked the whole weekend. They have complimentary car charging as well so that was nice. Hotel room accomondations were great and bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast options was really good, better than what I was expecting. Overall a great choice if you are looking for an in town accomondation."

"Construction and heavy machinery on-ongoing on a small property. Workers flighting and yelling throughout the day. Windows do not shut fully, due to age/wood warping, layers of paint. Peeling paint and rotting wood around the window in the shower. Severe ant problem - by the 3rd day ants were everywhere in the kitchen, all over our stored food. The wood floors were rough and splinter easily, as well as the damaged wood deck. My son had a splinter when he forgot to wear flip flops one evening. This is not a 700 place per night. The pictures do not show the true size or condition of the structure."
