"Sarcastic and rude check-in staff. The room was street level and accessed through a sketchy parking lot. Avoid this "hotel" at all cost. "

"The hotel is in the Byward Market area, a perfect location for walking to shops, restaurants, and to major bus routes and the o-train line at Rideau Centre. Breakfast is included and had a good variety of hot and cold items. The staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. We arrived very early in the morning our first day. The front desk staff cheerfully stored our bags and allowed us to eat breakfast even though we had not checked in yet! We would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is in the Byward market in the heart of downtown which makes a great tourist destination to see our nation’s capital. Hotel is clean, bed is very comfortable and staff are delightful."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. The apartment was clean. The bathroom was great - nice soaker tub. Only negatives: we stayed in the winter and it was so drafty. There was a very strong draft coming in from the balcony door, which made the living space unbearably cold. Add to that the couches were leather, so they remained very cold and there were no small blankets or other comforts. Overall, the living space felt very cold in temperature and vibe."
