"We were in town for a family celebration. Family was between the ages of 27-88. The property was in a great location to sightsee and very spacious for all 10 of us. The property owner was very responsive to our requests. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and all the bathrooms had all the amenities needed. Everyone had a great time!!!"

"The room we stayed in was, without a doubt, beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and the amenities were many. However, until check-in we were completely unaware of the fact that we would be forced to attend a sales pitch for ownership at the resort. I would never have booked this listing had I known that.it was a very unfortunate discovery upon arrival, and a huge inconvenience during our family vacation."

"This is a great little studio that's convientely located near the Red line (15 minute walk). The walk is up a hill, so if you're not feeling up to that after a day of sightseeing, you can take the D8 bus. The neighborhood is safe-ish, never had a problem walking to/from the apartment even late at nights, but you may have some people ask you for money. You're also very close to a Giant foods, which is handy. The host was very accomodating and even had bottled and sparkling water in the fridge...

It was very clean, had all of the items we needed to enjoy our stay and the owner was very communicative about our visit. It’s a quick walk to the train station, and the cutest grocery store is just down the street. Loved staying here."

"Property is beautiful clean but could have used additional basic kitchen supplies such as alum foil Saran Wrap ziploc bags etc. To no fault of the owner Vrbo failed to send access code. However owner was very responsive providing the code at 10:30pm when we arrived."

"The only complaint we have about our stay is that it wasn't long enough! The apartment was clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable (my husband got his first ever sleep score in the 90s!). The location was perfect for us - close to our daughter's university and walking distance to the zoo, the metro, Nat'l Cathedral, plus great shops and restaurants!"

"Can’t get any better than this. Hosts were responsive and caring and attentive. Place was comfortable and convenient and clean. Very easy to order a Lyft from there. I highly recommend two restaurants within a 5 minute walk — The Boiling Crab and Fresca Taqueria. We had a great trip and it all started with Cherry Blossom Charm!!"

"This is a beautiful property with plenty of room and is exactly as listed. It is clean and nicely stocked with everything we needed to make for a great time in DC. The beds were comfortable. We also liked its location, just three blocks from a Metro stop and three blocks from a Safeway. We did not want to leave and will definitely stay here if we are ever again in DC."
