My flight was super early compared to the check-in time. I shared my concern, with the host, who allowed an early luggage drop off. The communication was effective and quick throughout. The host took time to make sure that I had no issue locating the place or checking in. The place was clean, with snacks provided. The checkout process was quick and easy. The hosts kindness and making sure I was set was pleasant, cause we all know some host are not. I would Definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Thank you for an enjoyable and remember able place to stay.

This basement studio apartment is very clean and presented as pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to locate. Host provided thoughtful touches such as bottled water and snacks, which is always nice to have after a day of travel. There were plenty of clean towels and linens, along with bath soap and shampoo in the shower.I would note that entering the apartment requires walking down a narrow set of twelve steps, something to consider if you have mobility concerns. Additionally, the unit is below an active family who live upstairs. However, the host promptly addressed the noise issue once I brought it to their attention. My final observation is that the mattress needs to be replaced. It tends to sag and you can feel the springs move around if you shift too much.

The host was communicative and responsive. The initial directions were a bit unclear, but the host promptly responded. However, it is a basement apartment and the sole egress was blocked by what appeared to be some sort of HVAC unit. Additionally, the electricity appeared to be a bit rigged as there were adapters plugged into surge protectors. At one point the breaker tripped, but it was handled expeditiously. My main concern was in the event of an emergency, there was no secondary exit as the egress was blocked. But for that issue, I would have given them a 4.
