"The staff at the Sleep Inn Spokane were sooo nice and helpful. The room was clean, breakfast was good (standard hotel breakfast, but all was fresh). All the staff at the hotel was friendly. The hotel was conveniently located. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. In the end, this was not a hotels.com booking though. When hotels.com failed to confirm our registration with the hotel, the hotel went out of their way to find us a room for both nights even though they were fully booked for the second night. The hotels.com customer service person was not very friendly to the hotel desk clerk. I was on hold while he talk to her about 10 feet away, I had already told him everything that had happened. All that he offered me was a refund. We were almost unable to have a place to stay. I will consider booking directly from now on after this poor experience with hotels.com"

"The General Manager checked us in, and she was friendly, courteous and very helpful. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions she provided. The room was clean and comfortable. Finding something to watch on TV was a bit of a challenge because there was no guide, and the channel directory provided did not always match up with the channels. The screen also got all fuzzy and screwed up many times. We would still recommend this hotel at this location. "
