"The staff at the Tower are phenomenal! We had an issue with our AC unit and they had the engineering team there within 10min (at 9pm) to check it out. Unfortunately there was a bigger issue with the systems in that particular room. But they were able to move us to another room within 10 min. We had two tired kids that really appreciated getting to bed on time. "

"The room had a strange odor to it but it was good for a one night stay and it was in walking distance to the knitting factory. Room was clean and had a nice shower. Heard some screaming and fighting during the morning."

"2 night stay. Loved the Motel and the Staff was incredible. What was HORRIBLE was the parking situation. Arrived in the evening and circled the downtown area for 30 minutes to find a parking spot and I had arranged for Valet Parking. There is just NO ONE out front to maneuver all the illegal parked cars.... every time we left to see friends/family we had to deal with this really cancer issue for this institution. Fix this we'll be back. Not planning on Returning. Too many other options... the one just across the street. Best of Luck and God Bless. :)"

"Room was spotless. The premier suite was extremely large and spacious, with all appliances working. Entire room was completely stocked. The room even had a washer/dryer that we didnt know was in there. Bathroom was very nice and large with the shower and bathroom having its own privacy door. Staff was excellent and very courteous. Highly recommend and will regurn myself."

"We had two rooms 422 & 433. 433 was fine enough 422 was a suite and it had amenities and size you would find in a suite but the shower floor was crumbling. That said the room was fine and worth the expense paid "

"Check-in was great! The gal had a sweet demeanor and was very friendly. Roo. Was nice! Shower was dirty though and had hair on the wall from the previous guest. Checkout was quick, easy and that gal was also super sweet! Great representation at the front desk!"
