We traveled with several business associates. This space was great! Plenty of room for privacy and also convening. It is close to Asheville and convenient to dining/grocery.
The property was clean and comfortable with a nice view and lots of outdoor areas. Great rooms with good amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much. The original home we picked became unavailable at the last minute. The staff notified us immediately and helped us find a comparable place to stay in the same area. They were very helpful and the change was managed with no hassle.
Girls trip to Biltmore
The house was way nicer than we expected. The kitchen is lovely and entirely stocked. You shouldn't need a thing. The bedrooms are large and very well appointed with storage, hangers, bureaus for a nice long stay. There are extra linens! The bathrooms were a real surprise with extra towels and plenty of TP. There was no Kleenex, but when we mentioned it, it was delivered the next day.
I've stayed in a lot of short term rentals and every one had quirks. This one didn't have any.
The location for Asheville couldn't be any easier-15 minutes to Biltmore or downtown. And the rural feel was wonderful.
This was such a breath of fresh air! Thanks!
The home was exactly as pictured, and ready to host guests. We appreciated how clean and spacious it was, and that there was plenty of room for everyone to congregate or relax separately. This home is not managed by an individual but by a larger company. In the past, homes managed by a larger group have not been a positive experience for me, but this team was certainly different. They were prompt with responses and assistance during normal business hours, and easy to chat with. Be sure to notice that the home is not in Asheville, but was a short drive to major attractions and there are stores close by for necessities. I would recommend a stay at the cottage retreat.
My family and I enjoyed our stay here! We were traveling with seven adults, two kids and several dogs. The property fit us all comfortably. It’s very conveniently located and the property manager is extremely responsive.

Beautiful Asheville Getaway
Beautiful and very clean house with lots of space for 5 friends. “Minutes from downtown Asheville” was a slight exaggeration. Carpets have some stains and furniture is clearly geared toward renters but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for sharing your house with us. The nice bedding, essentials provided, and a layout great for two community areas and separate bedroom areas made for the perfect getaway for our family. We had a great time.

Perfect Place
Our family had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, and provided plenty of space for all 6 of us; Our only regret was that the weather wasn't quite warm enough to enjoy the beautiful porch and decks. The location is only a few miles from Biltmore Estates and 11 miles from downtown. One can't go wrong with this choice.

Wonderful home!!!
We absolutely loved our weekend in this lovely home. It accommodated 10 ladies perfectly. Each of the bedrooms were clean and cozy. There was plenty of seating for all of us to sit around and catch up. The location of the house was very convenient to downtown Asheville. We were able to get to restaurants and shops within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this property!!!

We spent 6 days in this home and had an absolutely wonderful time. We travel quite a bit and were very, VERY impressed with how clean and well-maintained it is! Additionally, the house's location allowed us to visit many wonderful places in Asheville and Black Mountain. We highly recommend this property and Pure Carolina as the company was very responsive to our needs.

Great house and Great Response
This house was almost perfect for our sibling reunion. Only "down" side was the steps to downstairs were too steep for one of the siblings to go down because of recent health issues. Therefore, we were unable to use the downstairs to watch movies and or all get together. Otherwise, the house was a great place to get away from it all yet be close enough for shopping and sightseeing. Owners were quick to respond to any questions.
Also, I would suggest you let them know that "Main Street" is a small road either just after light or just before light (depending on which way you are coming from). Most people think of "Main Street" as a major road.
The property manager called us while we traveled to the property from Florida to let us know there was no water at the property. He had no other properties available and wasnt sure about hotel rooms. Fortunately the water system came back on by the time we arrived and stayed on for the week we were there. The night before we were to leave the water turned brown due to system flushing and precluded us from showering or using the water for drinking or cooking. The property manager had anticipated this and left 4 cases of bottled water for our use. The south end of the Asheville water system was without water due to freezing temperatures and main breaks and a loss of the water supply for at least a week over the Christmas holidays finally being restored by January 5th. Hopefully the City will analyze exactly what happened and spend the money to properly maintain and correct the water system so this doesn't happen again. This situation did not develop overnight, many years of a lack of funding, training and emergency preparation caused this situation. Many businesses were forced to be closed due to lack of water supply and fire prevention abilities. This could have been a real disaster.
Perfect property for a family get away, lots of room for everyone. Nice nearby park for the kids. Biltmore Village was an easy drive. We all loved our stay.
