Nestled on 5 wooded acres in a secluded neighborhood, this spacious 6,300 sq. ft. home comfortably sleeps up to 24 guests and is perfect for families, friends, or special celebrations. With both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, and mountain views, you'll have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway.

Tanbark Ridge (Upstairs): King bed, daybed + trundle, egg chairs, nearby bathroom with walk-in shower

River Arts (Downstairs): King + queen beds, near hallway bath with walk-in shower

The Great Room offers cozy leather seating around the stone fireplace (seasonal), and an additional conversation nook to enjoy the view. An 85” smart TV anchors the entertainment areas, perfect for movie nights or big games. (Don't forget to bring your passwords)

The house was absolutely stunning, pictures don’t do it justice!! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to host our family for our small immediate family during our wedding at Pretty Place! Everything about the house screamed luxury, because that’s what it was! Would love to come back if we ever plan another family trip to Asheville. Only complaint is that we didn’t book the house for a few more day!! Thank you!

Amazing home

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was even better than the photos—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and just as many spots to come together and hang out as a group.What really stood out was how much there was to do—our group included several young adults, and they were never bored. From games and entertainment options to relaxing outdoor spaces, the property had everything we needed for a fun and memorable trip.The location was great, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. We’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!
