"The entire staff over 4 days were outstanding. Friendly and helpful. The room was quiet , comfortable and clean. The hot breakfast was nice. The ice machine on 3rd floor was not working, but it was just a small inconvenience to go to the lobby for ice. Overall, a great stay for me."

"Hotel lobby was under construction, but was looking very nice. The grounds outside were littered with trash and cigarette butts. The room was clean and smelled heavily of disinfectant. I stayed in a room the farthest from the freeway. It was extremely loud. My door did not shut properly, so hot air blew in, and the air conditioning stayed on almost constantly. The couch in the room was stained and looked as if a rodent had chewed on it. The TV got some channels, but a major portion had audio only!!! There’s also a confederate flag flying pretty close to the pool that was in the middle/side of the parking lot. "

"Lovely hotel, arrived early and the guy managed to get us a room. Free breakfast was a treat (after being in 5 other hotels around Texas and had to pay) as was free parking (almost nonexistent in Hotels there) A little walk to the main tourist attractions. Right next to a fuel station and shop so handy for grabbing drinks etc. "

"Room had broken lock and damage to table surfaces and furniture. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very cold when checking in. "
