"Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Just wish there were more gluten free, dairy free options. Eggs with no milk vase, dairy free yogurt or coffee creamers to accommodate food allergies which are so prevalent now a days."

"Loved the lake behind the motel and outdoor seating. The rooms, starting with the dirty door, need a lot of TLC. Hardware hanging, countertops stained, just shabby. Driveway is in deplorable condition. Not enough light in the room."

"We had a perfectly fine stay here and the staff were very accommodating - not sure why others have rated this place as unsafe. We needed to check in late after the front desk closed at 8 pm, but called ahead and the staff had no issues keeping it open for us. Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the art on the walls that gave a sense of the region's history. We also highly recommend getting breakfast at the Chocolate Moose just down the street - great coffee, sandwiches, and atmosphere!"
