"This house is beautiful. The kitchen is amazing and there was plenty of room. We were 9 adults and a dog and were never crowded. There's a front porch, patio, and balconies so if someone wanted some quiet they could escape the rest of us. And it's 1000 steps to the beach and a short walk to town. We loved the location and we're hoping to get back there."

"This place was nice to rent for MDW with some friends. It was clean, very close to the beach (2 min walk away), and was in a great area. Was also a walk away from restaurants and bars. A few disappointments that future renters should be aware of. The listing states shower towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap would be provided and NONE of these were. They also do NOT have WiFi. So if your looking to connect your phone, a device, or watch TV you can’t. All in all, a pretty solid listing."

"We stayed in this West Long Branch home for our daughter's graduation from Monmouth University. The location was close to the university as well as to grocery stores, Total Wine, and the beach. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of linens, parking, large TV screen, comfortable beds, couches, etc. We communicated with the owner once via text and he immediately responded and stayed in communication until we resolved the issue (we couldn't figure out how to work the TV....

"We came down for a short stay to celebrate our son's match day and this suited our family perfectly. The home is well laid out and equally well appointed. Eveything we needed was included. We hosted a small dinner party for family and friends. It worked nicely. Having the property owner/ manager onsite in the house across from the pool was convenient. "We visited for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well equipped with many extras such as a keurig and a drip coffee maker, K-cups, spices and condiments. The host was gracious and responsive and has clearly tried to think of everything that guests would want or need. The furniture was all good, the mattresses were comfortable and the bedrooms quiet. For a smaller house, it does everything. It worked perfectly for us."

"Cozy 2nd floor apartment in great location. Everything was clean and check-in was easy. It is thoughtfully stocked for convenience with kitchen appliances, cutlery and utensils and some basics like sugar, dish detergent, serán wrap, shampoo, hand soap and such. "The property from the outside and in the lobby were beautiful. I loved the cafe, bar, and pool. Our room however needed help. The outlet in the bathroom did not work so I was unable to get ready by the mirror which was frustrating since we were headed out to an event. The fridge door dragged on the floor and the room entering the room must have been recently painted. We had to throw our weight into opening it and paint chips flying off the frame. "
