Perfect location to walk to downtown Red Bank. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. You will have to park on the street.

We had a good stay overall and the location was great. The host was very helpful, responsive, and quick to assist whenever needed, which we really appreciated.
One small suggestion would be regarding the heating — it didn’t seem to work very effectively, as cool air was still coming in despite adjustments to full heat. Additionally, some pantry items like spices appeared old or expired, so we didn’t use them. It might be helpful to have unopened essentials such as salt and pepper available. We also noticed there was no body wash refill in the upstairs bathroom, so having refills available would be a nice touch.
Other than these minor points, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay
Owner was very responsive to any question we had during the stay. House has a different layout with kitchen and living room on second floor. Location was great for our visit and needs. Parking was a bit challenging and frustrating as there is no dedicated parking space. Street parking was limited.
My 2 friends and I stayed here and we were happy to find an affordable place and each get our own room for sleeping! The two full bathrooms were a bonus too! This would be very comfortable for a long stay as there was a ton of room to spread out! I also enjoyed that there were no harsh smells from cleaning chemicals or fragrances added to the space. It is walking distance to a lot of shopping, food, and coffee shops and short driving distance to Asbury Park which is why we were in the area! Our host responded to inquires promptly too. We Would stay here again!
We had a very positive experience staying at this property while visiting family in the area! The house had more than enough space for our family and was clean and comfortable. Plus, the location is incredible, just steps from everything downtown Red Bank has to offer. Sandy was very easy to communicate with. We feel lucky to have found such a lovely and convenient place to stay in the area.

The location is great. The communication was also great. The home is in need of updating.
Perfect location!!!! Can walk EVERYWHERE!! Restaurants literally .2 miles .. Second floor nice n spacious . First floor and outside old and needs updating but location makes up for everything. Communication is fast and great!
The house is in a great location if you want to access downtown Red Bank and a short drive to the beaches. The homeowner was very responsive to my communications. Accessing the wi-fi could have been a little more clear but the homeowner helped me out and was resolved quickly. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the home as it and the furnishings are out-dated and worn.

I drove 12 hours. Thought it's okay. Place looked good online. Came to the place the place was trash. The cockroach is on the walls. It smelled like someone died in there. It was so gross and no contact. This is a scam. I was scammed, very nasty place. It looks like a funeral home
This home is in a good location, however, the actual home pictures and most of the ratings are misleading. This property is in serious need of updating. Here were our observations, with a note that we only stayed one night when we booked three:- Lack of water pressure (literally no water pressure in the shower)- Mattresses/beds were the worst we have experienced- When we arrived the temp in the home was below 50 degrees (it was cold out, about 30 degrees, but would have thought the heat would have been turned on)- When turning on the heat the temp didn’t stay consistent. We have a two year old and use a nanit which tracks temps, it swung from 60-80 degrees, all without any changes to the temp set at 68 degrees- We let the owner know we weren’t staying the duration for the reasons listed- This home is not child friendly- In the shower, there was someone else’s hair on the body wash bottle- The mattresses are on old iron frames which squeak anytime you movePositives:- There was TP- The location is great for walking places- Coffee and creamer was providedTrying to be as objective as possible while stating our experience. We ended up having to get a hotel the other nights. No refund has been given to date (today would have been the check out date).
NOT charming in any way. It smelled like pee. There were holes in the corners, the sockets, the baseboards around the window units and vents big enough for mice and snakes. One of the holes over one of the beds had a ball of tissue stuffed in it. The floor in the downstairs bedroom felt as if I was gonna fall through. The floors not level and have many tripping hazards. My nose was burning and the smell was horrible. The host used clear shipping tape to hold a mirror on the wall and the panels around the window AC units. The home was surely nice 100 years ago but needs bulldozing now. It was not as advertised with words like, “lovely and charming.” My family never unpacked our luggage. Instead, I placed the key back and we left with haste. We had to spend another 1,000 bucks and thankfully found a hotel with two available rooms. Homes like this will make me go back to using good hotel chains. I hope that VRBO will refund my money. If they don’t, means the owner scammed me and VRBO. The booking company should have agents to verify the accuracy of the listing because the photos can’t show the smell or the unsteady flooring and safety issues.
