"Our family of 8 adults plus dogs enjoyed a week-long stay. Things we liked: Clear directions, easy coded entry, nice hot tub, beautiful view, quiet, secluded, dog-friendly, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water & towels, including beach towels, coffee grinder, plenty of cutting boards & knives, large fridge, 3 bedrooms on main floor. We had one person in an electric wheelchair and he was able to ramp into the house easily. We brought 2 additional threshold ramps and used one on the deck threshold. The other we used on the edge of the driveway to allow him to exit his van ramp because the driveway is narrow. He used a walker to transfer to the toilet & took sponge baths since the shower has a 5-inch threshold. We are so happy that this property worked for all of us!"

"We loved this little place. Beautiful and comfy on the inside and rustic on the outside. We were only there 2 nights so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities. My friend’s husband got to see a cub and mamma bear while having coffee on the back deck."

"We had rented another home nearby but upon our arrival we discovered it was nothing as advertised. We needed to find another accommodation for the week quickly as it was already heading into the evening ours and we had tired and cranky kids. We contacted Mr. Toom to see if we could rent this beautiful home last minute, he agreed and was gracious enough to not only let us check in within the hour but also allowed us to extend our stay past our original check out date, then offered us an extra day on top of that. Our family and the family we were traveling with were so grateful for his generosity. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the house was beautiful, very clean, spacious and very well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The added bonus was all of the fire wood provided for the awesome fire pit on the property where we all enjoyed smores and staying warm on a snowy night. Overall our stay was even better than we anticipated and we owe it all to Mr. Toom. "
