"It was a nice and cozy home central to beach club. Takes about 10 mins to get from either north and main gate to the home. The home is nice but probably in need of some cosmetic updating but the price was decent. Parking is tight but they have overflow parking near the chapel. Beds were comfortable. A/C was great. TV's are older but they worked okay for us."

"This is a beautiful cabin in an amazing community! We so appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable sunroom, and great location. Everything was very clean and organized! When we weren't relaxing at the cabin, we explored the hiking trails, kayaked on Lake Petit and enjoyed lunch on the patio of the Clubhouse -- all without leaving the community.Thank you for a much-needed, great week of peaceful "down-time!" I would highly recommend this cabin. (The only restriction would be that guests need to be ok with steps getting into the cabin, as well as using the interior spiral staircase for the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms.)"

"We had a nice first visit at Big Canoe. I would suggest driving in daylight the first time as the roads are tight and winding and until you get used to the area, kind of scary. The two bedrooms were nice and the shower head was refreshing. We liked all the board games in the closet. The one bed is creaky but still comfortable with a lot of pillows. The kitchen had enough plates and a Keurig machine. The view of the lake is much farther than you realize and there is no way to walk there or really anywhere from the cabin as there are no designated sidewalks. We enjoyed renting a boat at the marina, fishing and swimming in the clear and warm lake. We also liked the Beach club for all the activities and spotted two turtles in the water. The area is beautiful and was very relaxing getaway for us."

"What a gorgeous location with views of the trees and lake. The cabin was also designed and decorated beautifully. You couldn’t ask for a more picturesque accommodation. The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the jacuzzi was hot and ready to go. I would absolutely visit here again."

"The cabin absolutely exceeded our expectations. You truly felt like you were in a treehouse. Its close proximity to all of the Big Canoe amenities, which makes it perfect. The cabin had everything we needed and was super clean and beautiful. Highly recommend. I know we will be back!"
