"Room was ok, stains on the boxspring quite visible and unappealing, as well as on the comforter. No dark window dressings for late mornings. Bathroom and closet is spacious. Staff not friendly. Breakfast is as expected, notbing special. Did appreciate option for filtered coffee and lactose free milk. Location ideal for shopping and getting around on foot and on public transportation (from airport, to railroad station). Overall ok for a 2 night stay. "
"Perfect location with tram stop right outside the entrance. Entire staff friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Great coffee and a nice breakfast offering."
"I did not eat at their breakfast buffet. $25 per person per day was way too much money to spend. My wife usually only eats a muffin for breakfast. So the buffet wasn't work the cost. I used public transportation, so i did not need their parking garage. We had to ask for cream, sugar, and coffee and clean coffee cups to be placed in our rooms nearly everyday since the housekeeping staff did not check it daily. They also do not have ice machines, nor business computers to use in a business center."
"The staff is super friendly and amazing! They were quick to answer questions & provide us with alternative suggestions if we were hitting road blocks regarding our itinerary. They were quick to accommodate and resolve any issue that came up. I would highly recommend this hotel to all travelers seeking a beautiful hotel at a great price.
My only critique is the air conditioning is not turned on until hot weather is consistent. I tend to run a little on the warm side & immediately tried to turn on the air. For fear something was broken I let the concierge know the AC wasn't working, they explained it isn't turned on until warmer weather is regular. So just know this ahead of time. This was a minor issue. We slept with the windows open at night, the traffic does get loud if you have a street view in the early morning hours & we had to close it via noise. But if you have a courtyard view I assume the noise would be much less of an issue.
The restaurant has a wonderful buffet in the morning. I'm not a breakfast eater but we did partake one morning. Everything tasted AMAZING!!! If you love a good hearty breakfast you should try it. I made up for what I didn't eat with cappuccino. There is no rush to hurry to finish your food. DO NOT take your phone in unless you put it on SILENT! The people eating are there to socialize and enjoy their food. (Tip for Americans who can't seem to part with devices)."
