"There was no one available at check-in. Everyone’s keys were left on a counter in the lobby —weird. The only staff we saw the entire time was a single person who put breakfast out. There’s no elevator and getting to rooms can be via several flights of stairs. The place has a hostel vibe, including a communal refrigerator in the hallway."
