First the key wouldn’t open the door to our camping pod. Second, we arrived around 6pm only to find out there was no power in half of the pods. Being 20 degrees Fahrenheit out, we were forced to sit in the community dining area. No message from host or anything regarding this issue. Multiple groups ...
