"Staff, relatively quite than other places"

"Great property"

"The parking spot was very secure, and the staff member at reception was professional, friendly, and provided excellent service."

"It was only a very short stay but after booking, it was nice to be contacted by the staff, asking what bedding configuration was preferred, they advised about parking options, advised of preauthorisation fee etc etc so everything was very well communicated. Was also great that we could check in after hours, no issues, made contact and they presented and checked us in. Very grateful"

"The room was clean and the host was lovely"

"Excellent stay, rooms were clean, staff was great."

"The location for the zoo, spa and winery is awesome. "

"First time booking here and it was also convenient as it was close to family as to why the location was perfect. Will definitely come and stay again as it ticked all the boxes and even better it had food options right downstairs👍. Thank you Punthill ."
