It was a perfect place for a group of 8 adults - spotless, comfortable, super hot tub, wood burning stove, lovely bedrooms, characterful and plenty of space. We visited Broadway for a walk, and had 2 fantastic meals out at local pubs. Highly recommended.

Even more beautiful than we expected
We enjoyed every moment in the house. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and pillows, cosy sitting rooms, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful garden with hot tub. A vacations we will remember!
Big and clean and suitable for large groups. Well stocked kitchen and stunning gardens. We were 6 adults and all had space to be together or be alone. Small town with no services but walking distance to a fun pub with excellent Indian food.

Birthday celebration in the Cotswolds
Excellent venue for a family birthday celebration. We were 9 adults & 3 children.
Loved the house and garden plus the hot tub went down a storm with the ladies.
Broadway is 15 mins away and we had a lovely Sunday lunch there. The pub in the village is an Indian so we ordered a take away, which was really good.

Beautiful house, beautiful location
The Manor House was a fantastic place to stay for visiting the Cotswolds. The house was comfortable, clean and spacious, and accommodated all of our needs. The outside patio areas were ideal, and the large garden and hot tub were just what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We were able to use the house as a well-situated base for exploring the Cotswolds, both for walking and visiting the towns. The owners and the booking agency were responsive. The house, the setting and the surrounding area were perfect!

Great house, superbly furnished for a large group of people
We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Manor House. It is very spacious & well equipped & we were in need of nothing. The beds were all comfortable & the bedding really good quality which contributed to a good night's sleep! The hot tub is a bonus & the garden attractive. Plenty of parking.
Location of the house is great too. Not far to Broadway, Chipping Campden or Cheltenham but there are good local walks too. The pub is just a short stroll down the road & on a Saturday evening it is really buzzing with great Indian food.
Would definitely recommend this house.

Annual Girls School Reunion
This was the perfect house for to have our annual girls school reunion. This is our 7th year of doing this type of weekend and The Manor House was by far the best accommodation we have had. Very comfortable, spacious and perfect for what we wanted from the weekend. We felt completely private with our own gated entrance and private garden and the hot tub was great, a must for our weekend.
Very well equipped and had everything we needed.
Location was great in terms of walking options and access to the many lovely areas the Cotswolds offer but slightly disappointed the local pub wasn't open during the day and only seemed to be open for restaurant bookings rather than a drink.
Thank you also for the welcome pack of goodies as well.

Wonderful House
Superb stay for our three families together [one of which came from Kuala Lumpur]. The house had beautiful rooms and lovely garden. The central heating ensured we stayed warm despite chilly weather outside. The hot-tub was a luxurious bonus which we all enjoyed. The beds were really comfortable with fresh, crisp linen. Martin et al were very helpful when we had a couple of minor problems. Having an Indian restaurant on the doorstep was an additional bonus and we enjoyed two evening meals during our four nights stay. It was that good! We would definitely return to this luxurious venue if we want a family stay in the Cotswolds.

Superb large house and gardens
A fantastic place for our annual family get together (three generations). We were all amazed at our good fortune to have discovered this property.
The gardens are enormous and well kept. Plenty of space for youngsters to run around and fully enclosed, so no fear of them wandering off.
The rooms are all very large, full of character, well decorated and furnished. We felt like "lords of the manor" and did not want to leave knowing we were returning to much smaller properties!
Ali (owner) and Martin (Manager) were friendly and helpful.
Takeaway Indian meal from Shukur's at the Queen's Head at the entrance to the imposing driveway is highly recommended.

A beautiful house in a beautiful part of the country
Our stay was pretty much perfect. House was amazing, location almost perfect. Just a couple of niggles - attic room had no wardrobe. This could have easily been remedied by providing a small hanging rail on the landing area. Also, no mirror in the room. Again this could easily have been remedied by putting a mirror above the chest of drawers where there was ample room to do so. These really are very small jiggles and didn't spoil our stay.

A beautiful house and garden in a lovely location
We had a lovely long weekend at The Manor House celebrating my 60th birthday. There were 8 of us and the house felt spacious and very well-equipped for all of us. A lovely welome pack was left for us.
The house is beautiful and the rooms were clean and very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and we found everything we needed.
The garden is large and beautifully kept and we were fortunate to have some lovely weather, so we spent a lot of time there and in the hot tub after a long day out at Blenheim Palace.
The house is well-located for many places of interest and we also spent some time in Broadway, a gorgeous town nearby.
The property manager was excellent and very responsive when we had a little issue with the fob for the gate.
All in all an amazing weekend, would love to return sometime!

Pleasant stay but a few concerns
Pleasant stay with friends. Spacious house and lovely garden. Fully equipped kitchen with easy dining and a nice curry house nearby. Comfy lounge with fireplace although it only seated 6 not ten. Whilst parts of the house were v warm some of bedrooms v cold at night so extra blankets would be a nice addition. Twin room beds were little squeaky and the hourly chime of church bell next door meant disrupted sleep for some of the party. Hot tub unfortunately wasn’t that warm, bubbles didn’t come on more than once and was very difficult and heavy to open / close so instructions on this and better lighting would be helpful. 5pm is quite a late check in so having an earlier check in in non -peak times would be preferred for most parties I’m sure. 2 of the showers were cold so we shared bathrooms to get hot one. Nearby village - Broadway was pretty and worth a trip and had great pubs like Lygon - it’s a drive away so having car is needed.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful home
We had a fabulous 5 day stay in early January 2024. We were travelling from Australia for a few weeks, so wanted to base ourselves somewhere we had access to a washing machine for a few days. The Manor House was a great location for Oxford and obviously the Cotswolds. The house is lovely, and has been beautifully decorated and fitted out with appliances. On the ground floor, there are two large lounge/sitting rooms, a large dining room adjacent to the huge kitchen which has every appliance you could need, a large conservatory at the back of the house, and a large laundry with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms each with their own bathroom (all with walk in showers and one also has a clawfoot bath), and another 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a shared bathroom. The garden at the back of the house is enormous, there is plenty of parking at the front of the house. They provided tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, along with detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, and towels for the bathrooms. We did need to supply our own soap/body wash. The house is centrally heated with wall hung heaters (sorry we don't have these in Australia so I'm not sure exactly what they're called) on preset timing so can't be altered which was wonderful as we were there in the middle of winter. There is a jacuzzi/hot tub outside but we did not use it. One of the oldest parts of the house (one of the lounge/sitting rooms) dates from the late 1500s and has a timbered ceiling with a huge fireplace. The floors on the first floor are a little uneven as expected in such an old building, but adds to its charms. We were provided with all the information about how to access the property well in advance of our stay, and had no trouble at all even though we arrived at night. The property needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure which is the only slight drawback, but understandable as they need to clean the whole house between guests. We will definitely come back to stay when we are next in the UK and highly recommend the property.

A beautiful stay for a big birthday.
We can't rate The Manor House highly enough. We wish we could have stayed for longer but our stay was to celebrate my Mums 80th birthday over a weekend. The location is fantastic to get to the high lights of the Cotworlds with Broadway only 10 minute derive away. Evesham was also close by for a big food shop. There is also an Indian restaurant 2 minute walk from the Manor House which does the best Indian food that we had ever tasted. The staff couldn't have done more to make our party feel welcome and my Mum enjoy her birthday. The Manor House itself was more than what we could have asked for. It was well supplied for our stay, the rooms are spacious and fitted out well. the hot tub was a bonus and we took advantage of this also. The only con for us was that the oven was broken but fortunately the owners had supplied an air fryer and Ninja to still be able to cook. Thankfully we weren't cooking a large meal as we would have come unstuck. The property was easy to access. My two daughters said that this was the best holiday they had ever been on as they loved the large space. I also accidentally left some clothing items behind and this was returned to me in record time which I was very grateful for. We feel in love with this house and would love to go back again. It is full of history and character.

Fabulous property pity about the plates
The property is beautiful, & spacious providing holiday living in the grand style.
We were a party of 6 adults, 3 children and 1 infant. Unfortunately there were only 4 dinner plates, one of which was chipped, there were about 5 side plates and 3 cereal bowls.
I couldn’t work out how to leave the property at the end of our stay. The fob which works the gates from inside has to be left in the house, the front door has to be locked and key placed in outside key safe.
The way I managed this was to lock up the house & deposit the key, drive to the gates, climb the wall into the graveyard and go to front of gates. Then use the code to open the gates and get back into the car and go.

Beautiful accommodation but unreasonable additional charges we won’t be returning
After a lovely few days, and our group feeling likely to return to the lovely Manor House it was very disappointing to be given additional cleaning costs for standard bedding laundry and a missing set of towels which it has been assumed we have taken despite the fact we haven’t and there being no inventory to show they were there in the first place and then to be blamed for the broken shower which we reported in good faith and then to be told we should be glad they weren’t charging us for that as well. Unfortunate that petty communications and deposit deductions have now written off any thoughts of returning
