"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

It is very close to the Principle Pio, so easy for those who wants to visit Avila or El Escorial. It seems also quite a safe choice. Overall it worth every penny.
