Koorawatha Homestead Motel

"This place was exactly what I needed with my 2 dogs on our drive between the Gold Coast and the Whitsundays. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet once I went to sleep, I do sleep with earplugs in otherwise you may hear some noise from the Highway and trains. The only downfall was the shower pressure was painful - one spout came out so strong it felt like razor blades to my skin and the rest was dribbling so I was unable to enjoy a shower. I brought this up with the staff in the morning and they said they had a plumber attending. Otherwise I would stay again. The stars and Milky Way was spectacular to see at night too."

"Great position with a short walk to the beach and town centre. Studio room was huge and well equipped. Comfy bed and nice north facing balcony. A lot of stairs that might be problematic for those with reduced mobility."

"Excellent facilities with everything we needed contained within. Secure parking an easy safe access to the rooms for the car park.Very clean and well maintained. Easy access to the beach which was only good for walking . However the patrolled beach was not too far away and could be accessed on foot or by car."
