Do not stay here! As I had stayed here a few years ago, I didn’t read recent reviews. The motel is used for somewhere to stay for homeless people. The room was poorly maintained, unclean and nothing like pictures shown. The random people coming and going through the night, with no consideration to guests paying for accommodation made it very difficult to sleep. This motel should not be allowed to be used for paid guest accommodation. Avoid at all costs.

We have stayed here multiple times and it always lives up to expectations. Location is central, check-in very easy and complimentary parking is convenient. The rooms are very clean and well appointed for 2 people. Our room had a lovely view towards the marina and parklands. The Grand Hotel next door is undergoing renovations so there was no restaurant but as we were in Gladstone for a family wedding that wasn’t an issue. There is a great cafe nearby for coffee and breakfast.

Booked this motel for the fact that it had a gym - but the gym was closed. Overall the place was relatively tidy. Bathroom and kitchen were pretty clean. Outdoor chairs needed a wipe over, dust on furniture/lamps. The room had a pretty bad smell to it, it smelt pretty musty. But was happy with the size of the 2 bedroom unit. Furniture definitely needs an upgrade since it’s outdated/worn and was covered with sofa covers

"The pictures online looked great and that's where it ends. The pool was filthy and had large areas of pebble crete missing so it wasn't really useable. The spa water was dirty so not ideal. The room ceiling fan was out of order, the spa bath on the balcony had no plug and the TV didn't work properly. ..."
