"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. They are friendly and always open to providing assistance. They provide free water and other drinks in the lounge area. The studio was mostly clean with some dust in the unused AC and bathroom door hinge that should have been cleaned first. My wife also detected a smell in the bathroom that was possibly in the grout and was cleaned in...

"The location was perfect, offering a magnificent view of both the sea and the city of Haeundae. The accommodations were very spacious, featuring heated floors and air conditioning. Everything one might need was readily available, including a convenience store, luggage storage on the ground floor, and a washing machine within the room. Additionally, a 24-hour laundromat was conveniently located at the entrance."

"Sota Suite is modern, sleek and in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lifts would take a while to get to us sometimes, by passing our floors multiple time. Breakfast was limited, not always consistent with having the scrambled eggs available, but there was always something to choose from. The staff were nice and helpful."

"Nice place but confusing. Numerous hotels in one building. Some might like not having people to deal with but I am not one of those people. Everything is through the email and that can be bad. I got my check out email late so I didn’t see the instructions until it was too late. Someone I was with didn’t get her check in instructions until an hour after check in time and we had to call and jump through hoops just to get it. Nice clean place but I’d never stay here again. "
