"The location of this hotel is great, right next to the KTX station and many trains and buses. The view of the harbor is pretty. However, it is a very busy hotel and was a madhouse at times. One of 2 dryers was broken and the men's washroom was closed for the entire time we were there. Breakfast was good, though it was difficult for them to keep up with all the people. Coffee was very nice. Efficient set up with luggage storage before and after our stay."

Unfortunately, we didn’t get to use the pool or the sauna on the day we were free because they closed it for the maintenance. Overall, we were satisfied staying at Grand Josun."

They didn’t have a breakfast/lunch box service for an early departure so we couldn’t use the meal voucher or a refund. The staff is very helpful and try to make you enjoy your stay. There are plenty of places to have authentic meals."
