"Great little hotel. Decent sized rooms, some road noise in my room. Great staff. Small parking, you need to back out into the road... I only have one complaint, very small space for breakfast and hot water only available from the coffee machine which is slow and has a line up! Also, they offer loose leaf tea, great idea but complicated execution given the space and lack of easy access hot water! A separate water boiler and quality bagged tea would be more convenient in my opinion! (I sound like I’m nitpicking ☹️)"

"The place is cozy and clean, with an excellent location. We walked to Étretat through the beautiful fields, and the nature around the property is amazing. The place had everything we needed for our stay and for cooking. The beds, pillows, and blankets were very comfortable. A couple of areas could be improved: 1. The initial message from the owner was very confusing, as it stated that we had to pay an additional fee for bed linen, even though the Expedia website clearly stated that it was included. After we contacted the owner, they confirmed that it was indeed included. The same about parking. 2. You get the feeling that the owner is trying to save money wherever possible. We received one relatively small towel per person and one kitchen towel — that's it for three people for a one-week stay. There were no paper towels and no hand towel. Soap was provided only in the kitchen, with nothing in the bathroom, so we had to buy some ourselves. We were given only one trash bag, and when I asked for another one, the owner gave us a very small plastic shopping bag. Only after I asked again did they provide another trash bag, and the owner seemed quite annoyed. I understand that the cost of living in this area is high. However, I am sure that increasing the price of the stay by an additional €5 to provide an extra trash bag, towels, and soap would not affect anyone's decision to rent the place, but it would create a much better overall impression."

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist großzügig und liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt überall was zu bestaunen. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man an den wunderschönen Stränden der Normandie. Danke für die schöne Zeit. Wir waren schon etwas traurig als wir fahren mussten."
