This property was exactly what we were looking for. But prior to checking in my wife had an accident and had to seek medical attention and when we returned, the staff prepared a meal Long after the kitchen was closed and make sure we were comfortable.

Etretat!

This place is so great. They have a beautiful spa to add to the charm of the hotel. People that work here are also so great. Matilda went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

We absolutely loved our stay at The Villa 10!! Staff were beyond helpful and nice. Helped with reservations for dinner during our stay. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, bakeries and even the post office and grocery store and of course the beach to view the famous cliffs. Would love to go back already.

Location is the best. It is summer, room is really hot, no AC, we had to open the window but too noisy to sleep and mosquitoes even though 1-2 am still noisy from car and Motobike, we just opened and closed the windows all night long to get some sleep. Fortunately it was raining early morning around 5 am, it was cool when we could make some sleep until our breakfast time from 8-9. Not get enough sleep, but we are still happy to stay here because staffs are so nice and friendly. The hotel has parking for us €25/night. Breakfast is okay, not our style but good to have something to eat in the morning. If the hotel has AC or a fan for summer weather, it would be great to stay here longer. We just stayed one night!

We had to carry all our luggage up 2 flights of stairs and we are in our 70s!! Room was very dark, we could barely see to unpack. Breakfast was great!!! Bathrooms were good but the shower head kept falling on our heads.

Location is good but room condition disappointing

Reception ladies are very friendly and location is prime. However, the room lights are very dark and the floor inside the room seems not flat. So when you walk around, it makes you feel dizzy. Also no lift in the hotel so it's quite difficult if you have a lot of luggage.

Room was okay. Had a nice bath and comfortable bed. It was small. There was also lots of scuffs on the walls and ant traps on the ground. The spa (costs extra to use) had no directions or signs and it was hard to converse with the concierge who didn’t speak the same language to learn the directions. Things got lost in translation. I would suggest to the property to have directions/rules listed in the spa in different languages so things don’t get missed.

At 10 oclock we had to find a room at the other side of the street carrying our suitcases through a small stairway 3 stock high, besides paying 25 euro for an outside carparking on the lot on an un protected space, make a time schedule locking in time for breakfast otherwise we couldn’t get, after a long trip we didn’t know what time we would wake up so we couldn’t get breakfast, this besides a whole indifferent attitude from the staff!!! Not a recommendable place
