"This is an off off the strip casino hotel. I stayed at it sort of by accident for two days and then extended my stay another three days. I found the place to be super clean and fit for me. I think most people would feel the same. The staff were friendly and helpful and the little restaurant was pretty great with a wide selection to choose from. The discounts were numerous with liquor specials and food that were deeply discounted so that you wanted to go back. I liked it and will go back. Thx. "

"Arrived late but waited 5 min for staff to let us in from outside. Window in room was open so room was infested with flying insects. AC would not shut off so had to unplug. Unusually poor lighting in room. The only negative experience we’ve ever had in a Hampton Inn. "

The refund for the first night is appreciated but it doesn't outweigh the inconveniences experienced by my guests and I. We are easy going and don't require much so it doesn't feel good to have to constantly ask for updates or just basic communication in a timely manner. "

"Great staff at check-in and a nice welcome sign and treats for the baseball team. That was a nice welcoming touch. The room was clean, beds were nicely made and we really liked that the rooms had a microwave with a good working fridge. The area is nice and quiet and a good distance for shopping and eating options. "
