"Staying in Narbonne for holiday and found another great property by the Chateau Lecarrasses family. Never disappointing to see such a beautiful facility with such great views and lovely staff.

"We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special."
