  • Featuring a private two-person spa and small deck, Unit 5 is a one-bedroom, ¾-bath suite with a king bed, queen-size sleeper sofa (with new memory-foam mattress), gas fireplace, and cable TV with free DVD movie rentals. This unit has a kitchen (no oven) or enjoy downtown shopping and dining minutes from your door. This unit has an air conditioner. Rocky Mountain National Park rests just three miles away and your stay includes complimentary snowshoes rentals during the winter. Dogs welcome with approval ($25 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps four.
