"Great stay."

"Great location and cleanliness was excellent"

"Great place, clean and quiet. Owner was very responsive to questions."

"Beautiful place , welcoming people, so close to town and beach!"

"Valerie was great as was the studio we stayed in in FM Beach. Immaculate, pool with hot-tub, beach across the street. A great getaway from the freezing temps up north. 5-star "

"Wonderful little place to stay...close to the beach! Staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"Close to the beach, clean rooms, great covered balcony (no screens). Had a power outage after a storm and the lock on the door would not work correctly. Called the emergency number, as it was after hours, and was greeted by staff immediately. Within a short time the staff member was at the door and fixed the lock. Great service! Super friendly staff."

"Easy beach access. Quieter part of Ft Myers Beach, it was never overly crowded."

"We had a great stay. Beautiful property and great staff."

"Overall the place was fine, nice location & within walking distance to Santini Plaza for food or shopping. In the room itself - the tile floor could've used a deeper clean as some spots are black, the blinds were broken so you couldn't turn them, the ceiling fan was wobbly, the shower light would turn on and off by itself. You're paying for location, if the unit was anywhere else it wouldn't of been worth the price we paid for Spring Break."

"We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of things to do. If you love to karaoke, there is a karaoke bar right next door."
