"This hotel is in a very sketchy part of town. We felt very unsafe. Lots of homeless in the area. Lobby of hotel is locked. Can only talk to receptionist through small opening in a window. "

"Guest was my son (adult) but I was paying for the room. Even though I pre-paid through Expedia, they still asked my son for a deposit, which was returned when he left. Also, upon receiving the room, the toilet was dirty, like recently used, and my son had to ask the staff for a cleaning."
