"Really great place to stay. Immaculate, nice kitchen set up, clean bathroom, hot water shower, very comfortable bedding, balcony, even have Pluto tv logged in for you to enjoy. We arrived after reception hours to a very easy self check-in. Received incidental refund the same day as check out. Great stay!"

"it's a unique property in an eclectic neighborhood it's quiet and comfortable beds, shower took a little patience but was plenty hot I would stay again and recommend it if you want something a little different "

"I will only speak of the condition of room 107, other rooms may not have been in the same shape. The room stunk, there were bugs, the shower was plugged with hair and wouldn’t drain, there was a loose belt (?) that squeaked all night long. If I would have stayed for more than one night I would have checked out and went somewhere else. I checked out too early to try the morning breakfast. The location was super."

Receptionist told me that Expedia has it wrong. balcony in very few rooms and very very small balcony like you cannot use it. Other than that, very helpful staff and very nice location"
