"Luke and Oscar at the desk were great. We were able to leave our bags and head downtown because our room was not ready for an early checkin. An extra pillow was provided right at the desk upon request. Also, reported our fridge wasn't working properly in the morning and when we got back to our room, it had been replaced. Breakfast was substantial."
