The only complaint I have is that the bed was so hard that I had to ask for an extra duvet to sleep on and it was still really hard even with that padding."

"Are family of 6 booked two Lumiere suites, with 3 people in each room. We could not have been happier with the accomodation and location. The quality of the rooms is outstanding and both rooms were light filled. Our rooms were on level 3 and 4 and over looked the street below, but with double windows so incredibly quiet and dark at night (the curtains were complete block out).
Location was unbelievable….we walked everywhere. Excellent value for money and would come back and stay here without considering any other options if we return to Lyon (which I hope we do!)

"The room was spotless and even though it was in the heart of the city, it was very quiet. The front desk staff were great. Snehe(hope I have it correct) was so helpful and patient. She took the time to explain everything to us, have us some tips with the mao of the area about where things were and very patiently explained how to get to the train. "

"Beautiful OLD historic super coolr hotel with modern finishes. Perfect combination! We loved the rooms and interiors. Comfortable bedding. Fantastic location within walking distance of everything in historic old town Lyon. We did enjoy the bar one night but never ate in the restaurant. The breakfast cost about $50 US per person so we didn't partake. Never saw it. Staff were courteous and helpful. "
