No one from the company would answer the call, only texting us asking for a video of us trying the code. Finally a third guest arrived and informed us that the code was not working, had not worked in...

"The apartment is very comfortable and conveniently located, a few steps from the metro station, but walkable (about 40 minutes) to the centre or the University (which is where I needed to do everyday). I was received with a bottle of Douro valley wine and biscuits, a lovely detail! would definitely recommend staying here."
